Service Description

Departure: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Duration: 1-3 hours (depending on the number of participants) Session duration per participant: 15-30 minutes Maximum number of people on the boat: Sessions will only take place with a minimum of 2 booked sessions and 2 participants, and are full with 5-10 participants. The price includes the boat with captain/instructor, fuel, and one session of wakesurfing, wakeboarding, or waterskiing, including the necessary equipment. Please note that for organizational and space reasons, water tube riding is only available in private sessions. Price and location: The price of CHF 85 applies from the harbor at 6374 Buochs for a 15-minute session. Each additional minute will be charged at the same rate. Would you like to get on and off at a different location on the lake? Unfortunately, this is only possible in private sessions for an additional fee. Payment: You can pay on-site in cash, by debit card, or Twint. (We prefer cash :) Cancellation/Rescheduling by the Customer: The customer has the option to reschedule or cancel the booked service verbally or in writing up to 48 hours before the start of the activity or rental without incurring additional costs (this excludes sessions that have already been paid for in advance by credit card or similar payment methods. A refund fee will apply to these sessions). Cancellations by the customer must always be made in writing. Rescheduling or cancellation is no longer possible after 48 hours before the session. In case of lateness or no-show for the booked service, 100% of the price will be charged. Costs incurred due to rescheduling or late arrival of the participant will be borne by the customer. Liability: Insurance is the responsibility of the participant. (Please complete the liability waiver.)
