What's involved?
Our hot tug boat includes pre-heated water at 38°C, which is cleaned and changed after each rental. We also provide spare firewood for heating.
What should you bring?
Don't forget to pack the essentials for your hot tug adventure! Remember swimwear, a towel, flip-flops, and warm clothes to fully enjoy the experience. Of course, don't forget drinks and snacks.
Especially in colder temperatures, we recommend bringing a hat or headband to stay warm and increase comfort during the ride.
Where is the entrance and exit?
The boat launch and disembarkation point is located in Buochs harbor, to the right of the Buochs lido at the first jetty. Changing facilities, toilets and showers are available on site.
Please arrive 25-30 minutes before your booked time so that you have enough time to change and receive instructions.
Late arrival will result in a reduction of the booked time.
Cancellations
15% after booking
90 to 31 days before the appointment: 30%
30 to 15 days before the appointment: 50%
14 to 7 days before the appointment 75%
From 6 days onwards or no-show: 100%
How can I pay?
Payment is made online using the available payment methods.
Liability
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Rebookings
Up to 7 days before the start of the rental period: Rebooking is possible without incurring costs.
Up to 3 days before the start of the rental period: Rebooking possible, cost CHF 50.-
Less than 3 days before the start of the rental period: No changes to the booking are possible.
Booking adjustments
Booking changes, such as adjustments to the number of people or the duration, are possible depending on availability.
Reductions of up to 10% are possible and will be credited as a voucher.
A cash payment is not possible.
