Relax on Lake Lucerne – Your Winter Experience in a HotTug Boat Imagine gliding across Lake Lucerne, surrounded by snow-covered mountains, while relaxing in 38-degree warm water. Our HotTug boat, a floating, wood-fired bathtub, offers a unique way to enjoy winter in cozy warmth. Perfect for a relaxing day with family, friends, or loved ones! You can steer the electric boat yourself – no boating license required, minimum age 18. Boarding is at our dock in the harbor at Buochs (postal code 6374). Please arrive 25–30 minutes before your booked time to allow enough time for instructions and changing.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rebooking by the Customer The customer has the option to reschedule the booked service verbally or in writing up to 7 days before the start of the activity or rental without incurring additional costs. Cancellations by the customer must always be made in writing, and the customer is responsible for the following fees: Cancellation: After booking: 15% 90-31 days before the start of the rental: 30% 30-15 days before the start of the rental: 50% 14-7 days before the start of the rental: 75% From 6 days before the start of the rental: 100% In case of lateness or no-show for the booked service, 100% of the price will be charged. Costs incurred due to rescheduling or late arrival of the participant will be borne by the customer. Rebooking: Up to 7 days before the start of the rental: Rebooking possible without incurring costs. Up to 3 days before the start of the rental: Rebooking possible, fee CHF 50.- Less than 3 days before the start of the rental: Rebooking not possible.
